Do you need to cancel a pet profile?

We understand that saying goodbye to a pet — whether due to loss, rehoming, or other circumstances — can be a difficult decision.

Please know that you can remove your pet’s profile at any time. Simply complete the steps below, and we’ll take care of the rest.

If you ever choose to add a new pet in the future, we’d be honored to help you create a new profile and welcome them to the Wishes for My Pet family.

If you’d like to cancel a pet’s profile, here’s how to do it:

1. Log in to your account and go to your Dashboard.

2. Click on Subscriptions to view your active subscriptions.

3. Select the subscription for the pet you’d like to remove.

4. Click the down arrow. There you will find "Cancel Subscription."

5. You will not be billed for this subscription again.

6. Set the subscription to not renew when the current term ends.

 

This will ensure that your subscription remains active for the remainder of the current year and then automatically ends at renewal time.
